Customer Service Representative
This position is responsible for working with our merchant base to resolve billing,
statement, batch and other customer service related questions, inquiries, retention
and quality assurance. Experience in the bankcard industry is a plus, but not required.
Previous familiarity in customer service is required. Training will be provided.
Salary is variable based on experience.
