WAY Systems’ wireless
solutions are built around a robust client/server
architecture which consists of our Mobile Transaction Server
(MTS), and a family of Mobile Transaction Terminal (MTT)
products. The company has the ability to transmit data from
the MTT to the MTS and route it to other host systems using
sophisticated protocol conversion algorithms and layers of
encryption and authentication security.
WAY’s Mobile Transaction Terminals meet or exceed Payment
Card Industry Standards for credit card and PIN-based debit
card transactions as well as the latest transmission and
end-to-end security required by the payment industry,
including CISP/PCI. In addition, smartcard-capable MTT
models are designed to conform to EMV standards. Our MTT
products are available in models for processing credit-only,
credit and debit, and smart cards.
In addition, WAY provides wireless printers which
communicate with the MTT using infrared technology for the
printing of receipts or other information. The wireless
printers work with all MTT models. WAY wireless printers use
standard industry drivers, allowing them to be used with
applications.
WAY products are designed and built with quality and
reliability in mind. All MTTs and printers come with a full
one year standard factory warranty. In addition, optional
extended warranty programs are available to extend coverage
up to 3 years. If a problem occurs, WAY systems provides a
comprehensive repair and refurbishment program for all our
products and a 24/7 customer support center to provide
excellent service to merchants and our reseller partners.
Our product services program is structured to expedite the
return and repair of equipment, including an optional
overnight Advanced Replacement Program.
As an end-to-end service provider, WAY also offers a variety
of optional services to our reseller partners and merchants
including: terminal deployment/provisioning, customer owned
warehousing and inventory management, debit key injection,
merchant training, and a terminal management system allowing
resellers to implement their own deployment and manage their
deployed terminal base. |
